Beginning on March 28, 2008, we'll be launching our next series of tasting events.

For three consecutive weekend evenings, we'll be holding a five course tasting in an intimate setting for no more than twenty guests per night.

The inspiration for our upcoming tasting series will be based on a recent trip to Puerto Rico. Each course will feature the flavors, tastes and textures of Puerto Rico, but within our own modern, creative cooking style.

This five course tasting will feature only the finest ingredients of the season. We'll personally select an excellent wine to match the flavors each dish.

The tasting will cost $85 per person.

Due to the intimate nature of these events, details of the location will only be provided for guests who'd like to RSVP. We can tell you that the tastings will be held in Williamsburg, only one stop from Manhattan (Bedford Station) and only a ten block walk from the L train.

We are now accepting reservations for the nights of March 28, 29 or 30. Each dinner will begin at 7 pm and last until about 9:30 pm.
